Vision Zero SA and the San Antonio Transportation Department are designing future pedestrian midblock crossings, upgrading traffic signals, and installing crosswalks along WW White Road. The safety improvements are designed to:
- Create a safer experience for pedestrians crossing the street
- Help eliminate pedestrian serious injuries and fatalities
- Provide a safer street for all road users
