| Fiesta® San Antonio: April 18-28
Plan ahead for traffic, detours and parking!
Downtown San Antonio can get very busy during Fiesta! Visitors are strongly encouraged to plan ahead and arrive early to downtown events to avoid expected disruptions related to traffic, construction projects and parking. Fiesta-related downtown street closures and parking information can be found at SASpeakUp.com/Downtown.
- Leave Early and Plan Ahead – Heavy traffic is expected. Plan to leave early and be sure to consult a navigation app, such as Google Maps or Waze, to find the best route to your destination. Please celebrate responsibly and plan a sober ride.
- Take VIA Metropolitan Transit Park & Ride – Bus shuttle service will be available for select events. Visit their website for drop off/pick up locations and up-to-date information.
- Use Ride Share – Using this service avoids traffic congestion and keeps you and those around you safe from traffic accidents.
- Parking – Visitors who choose to drive should give themselves plenty of time, plan where they will park in advance and enter the address of the parking facility as their destination address in the navigation app. A map showing a full list of City-owned garages and lots can be found on the City’s SAPark website.
- Fiesta® Events – View the official Fiesta® event calendar.
