2026 Teen Mental Health Survey
This survey was made by young people for young people from the ages of 12 to 19. This survey will help our San Antonio Youth leaders make suggestions on what would help improve mental health for young people in San Antonio.
This is an anonymous survey and not monitored to address immediate crisis concerns. If you are worried that you’re in danger of hurting yourself or someone else please reach out to 911and request their Mental Health Response Team or contact, the local Crisis Line at 210-223-SAFE or the National Suicide and Crisis Lifeline 988. If you are wanting to access mental health resources, please access the Mental Health Portal at www.sacrd.org.

Who We Are
The San Antonio Youth Commission (SAYC) is a group of high school students from around the city, tasked with advising City Council on matters that directly affect local youth. Project Worth Teen Ambassadors are youth from 7th - 12th grade who support teen health in the community by volunteering and sharing their voices, creativity, and ideas. Both groups are a part of the City of San Antonio's, Department of Human Services.
