Blue Crest Drainage
Blue Crest Drainage
1251 Blue Crest was platted without a drainage easement. Over the years, the property has been built up with fill. The easement upstream contains a 10' wide, 2' deep concrete flume which receives flow from the upstream neighborhood. The flow from this flume has cut its own way around the property but is creating flooding issues at the two houses adjacent to the flume (1402 Plumeria and 13403 Dutch Myrtle). This project will provide an easement across the property of 1251 Blue Crest and also provide a channel for the flow from upstream. The easement is assumed to be donated.
