The Bond Project will construct roadway improvements to include sidewalks, driveway approaches, drainage, and other improvements as applicable and within available funding. This project includes phased improvements to Perimeter Loop Road and a connector road to Mauermann Road.

What you need to know:
- Landscaping & Irrigation: Contractor is starting landscape work and finishing up the irrigation systems.
- Road Markings & Signs: Work is beginning on new street striping, bike lane markings, and road signs.
- New Lighting: CPS Energy is currently installing new light poles along the entire length of Maria Ferrier Ave.
- Drainage Check: Contractors are using specialized cameras to inspect the new storm drain system to ensure everything is flowing correctly.
- Traffic Flow: Jaguar Parkway remains fully open to drivers at this time.
