What you need to know:

The Texas A&M University (Area Streets LF) Project has reached substantial completion, delivering on schedule and within budget! The newly created road - Maria Ferrier Avenue - and Shared Use Path are now fully accessible to the public.

In addition to an entirely new roadway, this project features newly planted trees and shrubs, roadway signage, and the installation of all-new light poles along Maria Ferrier Avenue by CPS Energy. All construction signs and barricades have now been removed.

The City of San Antonio Capital Delivery Department extends its sincere thanks to the community. Your patience and support throughout this construction period were vital to the project's success.
