                                                                                                                                  E-Z Bel Construction is making great progress on the Sidney Brooks Dr. Improvement Project.

                                                                                                                                 As part of this ongoing work, please be aware of several upcoming and current traffic shifts designed

                                                                                                                                 to keep the project moving forward and providing safety.

             Sidney Brooks Temporary Full Road Closure (Oct   21–23):

•   Sidney Brooks Dr. will be fully closed between Chesney Rd. and City-Base Landing starting as early as Wednesday, October 21 through Friday, October 23, 2026, while crews lower utility water lines that cross under the westbound lanes.

           Traffic Details:

• The eastbound lane of Sidney Brooks Dr. from S. New Braunfels Ave. to City-Base Landing remains closed for full road reconstruction. Westbound traffic stays open.
• The Unger Rd. and Chesney Rd. intersections will be closed to through traffic.
• The Sidney Brooks Dr. and Josue Sanchez is now open to traffic.
• To access Sidney Brooks Drive from City-Base Landing or S. New Braunfels Ave., traffic is being rerouted via Inner Circle Dr. to Josue Sanchez.

          Ongoing Work:

• Crews are currently installing essential drainage structures and storm sewer lines throughout the corridor.

            Note: All work is subject to change and weather permitting.
