The Project will complete the regrading of an existing earthen channel and installation of an underground storm drain system and associated reconstruction of streets with curbs, sidewalks, and driveway approaches as applicable and within available funding.

Project Limits
What you need to know:
D&D Contractors will continue infrastructure upgrades and construction work on Eunice Street, Stutts Drive, and Peggy Drive through the first week of September.
Traffic & Detour Information:
Due to various factors the road closure previously scheduled on Eunice Street between Peggy Dr. and Stutts Dr. will now be starting as early as the first week of September, 2026 through February, 2027
Traffic barriers will be in place to safely direct traffic around the work zone.

What we are doing:
Contractors continue work to locate existing underground utilities, followed by excavation for utility improvements.
Crews are preparing for the installation of new storm drainage along Peggy Drive at the Stutts Drive and Eunice Street intersections.
