The Project will construct roadway improvements at Port San Antonio to include sidewalks, curbs, driveway approaches, drainage, and other improvements as applicable and within available funding. This is a multi-phased project. Roadways may include: Billy Mitchell Boulevard, General McMullen and General Hudnell.
