NEW TERRITORIES PARK
What you need to know:
• Construction is scheduled to start May 2026 through June 2026 at New Territories Park as part of the Pickleball Recreational Improvements, 2022 Bond Project.
• The project work includes a conversion of one tennis court into two pickleball courts, along with fence and court surfacing improvements. Additional upgrades will include improvements to the site wall and drainage, and lighting.
Site Closures:
• During construction temporary closures of the trail, basketball court, and tennis court may be necessary.

- Construction will continue on the courts until the second week of August.
- Two of the three tennis courts are undergoing conversion to pickleball courts.
- Installation of the the pickleball fencing and net posts has been completed.
- Court surface repairs and new surfacing will begin the week of July 7th.
- The entire court remains closed through until the second week of August.
- All construction is weather permitting.
