What you need to know

EZ-Bel Contractors will begin construction starting as early as Monday, May 11, 2026, thru Summer of 2027 to upgrade our neighborhood infrastructure. This work will focus on improving drainage, local channels, and road quality. The project includes a full street reconstruction and the installation of a high-capacity underground storm system. We will also replace curbs, sidewalks, and driveway approaches where needed and modernize the concrete channel downstream of Pike Road.

Traffic Impact & Closures
During construction, Pike Road will be closed to thru traffic between Albin Drive and Brookside Street. Access will be strictly limited to local residents and those using side streets (Knight Robin Dr. and Sir Phillips Dr.) Please refer to the map for detour route.
