East Village Neighborhood Reconstruction Projects
The following projects in the East Village Neighborhood are part of the FY 2024 – 2028 Infrastructure Management Program and the FY 2022 -2027 BOND F-Streets Program in District 2:
Project Area
- Castle Queen from Castle Hunt Dr to Cul-De-Sac (IMP)
- Castle Bell from Castle Queen to Castle Hunt Dr (IMP)
- Castle Hunt Dr from Castle View to Castle Stream (BOND)
- Castle Stream from Midcrown Dr E to Castle Hunt Dr (BOND)
Improvements Include:
- Pavement Reconstruction
- Sidewalks: Existing sidewalks will be replaced to include the width required as per ADA standards. New sidewalks will be added to close existing gaps.
- Driveway Approaches
- ADA Ramp Upgrades

- This project will be built in multiple construction phases. Prior to each construction phase, a separate notification will be distributed to impacted residents.
Estimated Timeline Construction Seasons are identified as: Winter (January, February, March), Spring (April, May, June), Summer (July, August, September), and Fall (October, November, December.)
