PROJECT UPDATE:

April 01, 2025

We are nearing substantial completion on Prue Road, but due to some unforeseen weather delays in January still have items to complete and are working hard to move toward completion with some of the final items remaining.

Striping of the lanes is complete, and our main focus is now on completion of the Shared Use Path and the remaining driveways. The contractor is about 90% complete with installation of the 5 x 4 storm drain boxes, and close to tying in with Prue Road. We anticipate that will will be done with these items in mid to late April.

Our current estimate for completion remains early 2025.

Please note, although we have rain projected for this week, the drainage system is not complete and finalized or tied in with Prue Road at this time. You will see a fully functioning response to the drainage from the new project once all work is complete.
