The Bond Project will reconstruct Prue Road from Babcock Road to Laureate Drive. The project construction will include curbs, 10-foot shared use path for bicycles and pedestrians on the north side and a 6-foot sidewalk on the south side, new driveway approaches, signal improvements, and underground drainage

We are currently focused on the north side of Prue, building the roadway structure.The gravel base material has been installed, and asphalt paving operations started the week of October 7th and reached Woodwaters Way.
Our current estimate for completion is early 2025.
PLANNED UPCOMING ACTIVITIES:
- 10/18/2024 - 10/25/2024:
- Fox Quality Concrete will begin curb, gutter, and sidewalk placement between Babcock Road and Woodwaters Way
- 10/16/2024 - 10/30/2024:
- JDA has placed the bottom two lifts of asphalt pavement and will continue with the 3rd lift on the North Side of the project from Babcock Road to Venado Trace
- 10/16/2024 - 10/30/2024:
- JDA placed the bottom two lifts (7") of asphalt paving between Venado Trace and the First Chinese Baptist Church and will continue to place the third lift after the curb and gutter is installed
- 10/18/2024:
- Fox Quality Concrete will begin placement of the concrete curb and gutter, as well as sidewalk and driveway installation between Vanado Trace and the First Chinese Baptist Church
- 10/16/2024 - 10/23/2024:
- JDA will continue reconstruction of the west half of the Network intersection by placing the asphalt paving
- JDA finalizing the flex base placement and preparing for asphalt paving between First Chinese Baptist Church and Laureate
- 10/23/2024:
- Outfall C drainage continues from just south of Lockhill north toward Prue Rd.
- 10/22/2024:
- Outfall C drainage continues between Verbena and HollyHock
- 10/22/2024 - 10/25/2024 (approximate):
- Verbena closed to through traffic for paving; residents will still have access
- 10/26/2024 (approximate, depends on completion of Verbena)
- HollyHock closed to through traffic for paving; residents will still have access
- 10/28/2024:
- Lockhill closes to through traffic between Southwell and Oakland - for drainage construction; detour via Prue Rd or Hollyhock
