Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 41 - Rosillo Creek

The Rosillo Creek TIRZ #41 is generally located southeast of the intersection of Loop 410 and New Sulphur Springs Road in the City of San Antonio.  The property lies in City Council District 3.  The development is in the East Central Independent School District.  The Rosillo Creek TIRZ #41 is a petition initiated TIRZ whose Board is comprised of seven (7) voting members appointed by the City for two year terms.  The Board includes the state senator or designee and the state representative or designee.  A quorum of four (4) voting members is required to conduct business on the Board’s agenda.

Meetings are held when necessary.  Dates and times are flexible depending on the Board’s schedule.  The meetings are usually held in the City Tower Building, 100 W. Houston Street.
