2022 - 2027 Bond Project: District 9 Traffic and Mobility Improvements (Bitters Road Area)
The Bond Project will construct intersection improvements at Bitters Road at Ashton Village Drive; Cutter Green Drive & Bitters Road at Inwood Cove Drive & Rogers Wood to include turn lanes, curbs, sidewalks, driveway approaches, drainage, and traffic improvements as applicable and within available funding.

The results are in! Thank you for making your voice heard regarding proposed intersection improvements at Cutter Green/Ashton Village (Intersection A) and Rogers Wood/Inwood Cove (Intersection B).
The survey closed November 10 and 699 residents responded.
For Cutter Green/Ashton Village (Intersection A), 66% of respondents indicated improvements are needed. A roundabout is planned for the intersection, if a traffic study determines that it is viable.
For Rogers Wood/Inwood Cove (Intersection B), 75% of respondents indicated improvements are needed. Flashing red stop signs are planned for the intersection.
