The Bond Project will construct improvements within available funding in support of the Park's Master Plan which may include the Source Plaza, Zocalo and the Mural Plaza. The Hemisfair Civic Park project will focus on Phase II improvements, which are a continuation of improvements outlined in the Parks’ Master Plan. The Master Plan’s focus is centered around the following elements/principles: preservation, public space, mixed use, connectivity, balance, and sustainability.
