City executes $750,000 Advanced Funding Agreement (AFA) with the Alamo Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (AAMPO) and the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) to fund City TDM Plan.

AFA is amended through February 2024 with revised scope to address the TDM plan for City employees.
The revisions are ratified and come as a result of changes post-COVID-19, such as post-pandemic parking demand, relocation of City employees to City Tower, reductions in VIA's transit services, and new hybrid "work from home" formats for some employees.
