CONSTRUCTION NOTICE - August 19, 2025

Phase 1

Rehabilitation work on the westside handrail of N. Presa Bridge will be occurring over the Riverwalk starting as early as 09/02/2025. One southbound travel lane will be closed to traffic for the duration of phase 1. Detour routes for drivers will be put in place. Pedestrian and ADA access on the westside at street level will be closed for the duration of phase 1. Pedestrian and ADA access will remain open on the eastside at street level for the duration of phase 1. River level access to surrounding businesses along with pedestrian and ADA access to the Riverwalk will be available on the eastside of N. Presa bridge for the duration of phase 1. Phase 1 is estimated to complete on 09/19/2025.
All work is weather permitted and subject to change.
