What you need to know:

J3 Contractor is progressing with underground storm drain work and sidewalk improvements along Braun Road.

Traffic Details:
Expect delays and traffic shifts on Braun Road between Finesilver Ranch and Tezel Road from October 19 to October 21 due to road resurfacing.

• Daily Work Zones: On October 19, resurfacing will take place on the north side of the street. From October 20 to October 21, the same work will shift to the south side of the street.
• Alternating lane closures will occur as needed between Finesilver Ranch and Tezel Road.
• Two-way traffic will be maintained within the project limits, with one lane open in each direction.
• Traffic signals will flash at the intersection of the Finesilver Ranch subdivision entrance and exit. Flaggers and officers will be on-site to direct traffic.

Ongoing work:

• Storm Drain Installation: Crews continue installing underground storm drains east of the Finesilver intersection.
• Sidewalk Upgrades: Workers are finishing curbs and sidewalks between Tezel Road and Finesilver Ranch.
• Safety Reminder: Please drive slowly and follow all detour signs through the work zone.
