The Project will install an underground storm drain system and associated roadway reconstruction to include curbs, sidewalks, and driveway approaches as applicable and within avilable funding. This is a multi-phase and Hazard Mitigation Action Plan project.

What you need to know:

E-Z Bel Construction continues work along Seeling Blvd, including drainage channel improvements and SAWS water and sanitary sewer utility work.

This phase of construction and its road closures are expected to continue through January 2027.

Traffic Details:

Seeling Blvd. is closed to through traffic between St. Cloud and Placid Dr. Traffic is detoured around the closure via Senisa Dr.
To accommodate sanitary sewer bypass operations, a portion of St. Cloud will be reduced to one lane in each direction near Seeling Blvd. This work and closure will begin as early as September 28, and is expected to be completed in mid October 2026. Traffic will be shifted as needed through the work area, but two-way traffic will be maintained at all times.
Access remains open for residents and properties along Seeling Blvd. (between Pardo Circle and Placid Dr.) and along Placid Dr. (between Pardo Circle and Seeling Blvd.).
