The Project will install an underground storm drain system and associated roadway reconstruction to include curbs, sidewalks, and driveway approaches as applicable and within avilable funding.  This is a multi-phase and Hazard Mitigation Action Plan project.

What you need to know: 

E-Z Bel Contractors is continuing work on SAWS water and sanitary sewer utilities along Seeling Boulevard. The intersection of Seeling Boulevard and Placid Drive is closed to through traffic as crews begin installation of drainage channel improvements. This stage of construction and road closures is expected to continue through January 2027.

Traffic Impacts

The following traffic adjustments will be in effect during the closure:

  • Road Closure: Seeling Boulevard is closed to through traffic between St. Cloud and Placid Drive.
  • Property Access: Local access will remain open for residents and properties along Seeling Boulevard (between Pardo Circle and Placid Drive) and along Placid Drive (between Pardo Circle and Seeling Boulevard).
  • Detours: Please see the map below for designated detour routes and additional project details.
  • Safety Reminder: Please slow down in work zones, follow all traffic signs, and stay alert for construction crews
