What you need to know: 

 

  • EZ Bel Construction will begin construction work on May 26, 2026 at the intersection of Seeling Blvd and Placid Dr towards St. Cloud.
  • The contractor will be constructing in the roadway and excavation for the channel. 
  • This project will be constructed in 4 phases
    • Phase 1 - May 2026 - Dec 2026
    • Phase 2 - Jan 2027 - Jul 2027
    • Phase 3 -  Aug 2027 - Oct 2027
    • Phase 4 - Oct 2027 - Dec 2027
  • Traffic Control Plan:
    • ​​​​​​​Complete road closure at the intersection of Seeling Blvd and Placid Dr
    • Neighborhood access through St. Cloud and Senisa
    • Two-way traffic will be maintained throughout the project area
    • Traffic Control Plan for Phase 1 will last for 6 months.
