E-Z Bel Contractors began construction on the Seeling Drainage Project in June 2026.

 

Phase A (June - December 2026):

Contractor started began mobilizing on June 6 and will go on through December 2026 with road and sidewalk excavation work to make room for the underground storm drainage system. Additionally, crews are performing work on the existing channel located behind the properties along Placid Dr. between the Prado Circle and Seeling Blvd. 

 

Traffic & Detours: 

  • Placid Dr from Seeling Blvd to St. Cloud will be closed to traffic throughout Phase A.
  • All residences remain accessible.
  • No street parking along Seeling Blvd at anytime during construction.
  • Please see map for detours and details.

Overall Project Information

Expand the existing underground storm drain system and associated roadway reconstruction to include curbs, sidewalks, ADA ramps, driveway approaches, and SAWS (water lines/ sewer lines) & CPS energy as applicable and within available funding.
