What you need to know:
E-Z Bel Contractors is continuing work on the project and will transition crews to Seeling Boulevard to begin installing new underground infrastructure and drainage channel improvements. This phase of construction is scheduled to begin as early as Thursday, August 6, 2026, and run through December 2026.
Traffic Impacts
The following traffic adjustments will be in effect during the closure:
- Road Closure: Seeling Boulevard will be closed to through traffic between St. Cloud and Placid Drive.
- Property Access: Local access will remain open for residents and properties along Seeling Boulevard (between Pardo Circle and Placid Drive) and along Placid Drive (between Pardo Circle and Seeling Boulevard).
- Detours: Please see the map below for designated detour routes and additional project details.
- Safety Reminder: Please slow down in work zones, follow all traffic signs, and stay alert for construction crews.
