Zarzamora Pedestrian Improvements: Zarzamora Street Project Update March 27, 2025

Current Work :

  • Contractor will continue to install small roadway signs along North Zarzamora corridor.
  • Crews will continue work on driveway penetrations, curbs, and sidewalks from Rivas Street to W.Poplar Street on the north bound lane.

Planned Work :

  • Crews will start work on driveway penetrations, curbs, and sidewalks between Guadalupe Street and Cesar Chavez Blvd at the east side of Zarzamora.
  • Crew will start work on driveways penetrations, curb, and sidewalks between W. Martin Street and Menchaca Street.
  • Crew will being traffic foundation work at the intersection of Mayfield Street and Stonewall Street.

Special Notes :

  • Construction hours are from 9am to 4pm daily.
  • Varying lane closures will occur throughout the duration of the project.
