The Transportation Department is working with Capital Delivery, Public Works, Parks & Recreation, and District 7 on the design of the bike lanes. We will provide more details as the design process moves along and construction dates are set.

January 2025
A feasibility study was completed and included block-walking, attending meetings with the Woodlawn Lake Neighborhood Association, and holding an Open House at Little Flower School.
The bike lane assessment:
- Studied possible improvements to the bike lanes
- Examined Right-of-Way concerns
- Considered more comfortable and safe bike infrastructure
- Provided for safer streets around the lake for all road users
