The Financing Affordable and Impactful Housing Resources (FAIR) Subcommittee of the Housing Commission is charged with advising staff on potential updates to funding related policies. During September and October, the subcommittee will discuss the City's current Low Income Housing Tax Credit policy for issuing Resolutions of Support and Resolutsions of No Objection. It will also discuss federal funding award scoring. Recommendations will be passed to the Housing Commission in October. All meetings are open to the public and will futher the vision of the Strategic Housing Implementation Plan (SHIP) by giving the public access to policy conversations.
