Mpango wa Paa la Chini ya 1 hutoa uwekaji wa shingle nyeupe za Shasta ili kuboresha ufanisi wa nishati ya nyumba. Mpango huu hutoa ruzuku ya mara moja kwa wamiliki wa nyumba wanaostahiki San Antonio. Mwenye nyumba lazima aendelee kumiliki na kuishi nyumbani kwa miaka mitano baada ya uingizwaji wa paa kukamilika.
Roof Repair Application Assistance Event
The Under 1 Roof Program provides roof shingle replacement with Shasta white shingles to improve a home’s energy efficiency. This program provides a one-time grant to eligible San Antonio homeowners. Homeowner’s must continue to own and live in the home for five years after the roof replacement is completed.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Must have a current year Homestead Exemption on the property.
Property taxes must be current and/or have less than $5,000 in active deferral
All owner(s) must live in the home
Any lines and judgements must be less than $5,000
Gross income must not exceed 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI)
Property can have metal roof, gravel roof, clay tiles or wood shingles
If you need help applying for the program, attend an outreach event near you for assistance submitting an application. Registration is not required to attend.
