22. Ordinance approving an agreement with the Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute for Texas to coordinate the San Antonio Mobile Mental Wellness Collaborative and provide school-based behavioral-health and counseling services in Edgewood ISD, Harlandale ISD, Judson ISD, and San Antonio ISD for an amount up to $565,190 for the term October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026, with the option to renew for four, one-year terms for a total contract amount up to $2,825,950, inclusive of renewals.
