RevitalizeSA: Corridor Leadership Program - Cohort 3
Join us to learn more about RevitalizeSA: Corridor Leadership Program (RevitalizeSA). The City is partnering with Main Street America for the third year of the RevitalizeSA. This intensive program focuses on revitalization and growth of local commercial corridors, by cultivating community leaders through a series of leadership and strategy courses.
The program includes six months of leadership training and an optional three-month project to put learnings into action. Virtual information sessions will be hosted on Thursday, February 12, 2026 at 10 a.m., Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at 1:30 p.m., and Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at 10 a.m. Details are provided in the individual event listings below. Virtual office hours are also available where you may meet one-on-one for up to 15-minutes with a program knowledgeable staff member. Office hours are available February 13 - March 3.

Participants will have the opportunity to develop a project proposal, and may be eligible to apply for a Commercial Hub Advancement for Neighborhood Change (CHANGE) grant of up to $5,000. These grants are to meant spark positive changes in a neighborhood business districts.
By participating in this program, you will gain:
Enhanced leadership abilities to drive change at the local level, specific to commercial corridor renewal;
Expanded networks of peer leaders and industry experts;
Proven strategies to champion neighborhood revitalization;
Funding and support to complete your own corridor improvement project; and
Potential to access up to $5,000 in CHANGE Grant Funds for a commercial corridor revitalization project.
