د کور جوړولو کمیسیون د کرایه کونکو د حلونو فرعي کمیټه
د جنوري په 26، 2022، د کور جوړولو کمیسیون د کرایه کونکو د حلونو فرعي کمیټه (RSS) جوړه کړه. فرعي کمیټه نهه غړي لري: دوه د کور جوړونکي کمیشنران، څلور کرایه کونکي، او درې د ملکیت مالکین یا د ملکیت مدیران. د کور جوړونې کمیسیون رایه ورکړه چې کمیشنران جانسن او ډیویلا په RSS کې د کمیشنر استازو په توګه کار وکړي. د وړاندیز شوي ګمارل شوي بشپړ لیست د می په 25 ، 2022 کې د دوی پوستونو ته رایه ورکړل شوه.
د دې فرعي کمیټې مسولیت په لاندې ډول دی: د کور جوړولو کمیسیون ته د کرایه کونکي پورې اړوند مسلو په اړه مشوره ورکول په شمول، مګر محدود ندي: د کرایې بیړنۍ مرستې؛ د کرایه کونکو حقوق او حقوقي مرستې؛ ښوونه، پوهاوی، او روزنه؛ او مقننه توکي.
د دې فرعي کمیټې اهداف په لاندې ډول دي: (1) د کرایه کونکي پورې اړوند مسلو په اړه د کور جوړولو کمیسیون ته سپارښتنې کول، (2) ډاډ ترلاسه کول چې کرایه کونکي د کرایه کونکي پورې اړوند مسلو په اړه غږ لري چې د کمیسیون د خبرو اترو برخه ده، (3) د اړیکو پراختیا هڅوي او د ملکیت مدیرانو او کرایه کونکو ترمنځ تفاهم.
