This series is an initative to support African American small business owners and aspiring African American entrepreneurs with information opportunities to increase participation of African American Business Enterprises (AABE). This four-part event series also offers tips and informaion about contract utilization. These workshops include a collaboration of education targeted to the African American community and are presented by a partnership among the City of San Antonio, San Antonio Water System, University Health, and CPS Energy.
