저렴한 주택 개발 및 보존 소위원회(RBSC)에 대한 장벽 제거
RBSC(저렴한 주택 개발에 대한 장벽 제거 소위원회)는 샌안토니오에서 보다 저렴한 주택 개발을 촉진하기 위해 통합 개발 코드 및 기타 시 프로세스에 대한 개선 사항을 권장하는 임무를 맡고 있습니다. 목표는 단기적으로 2022 UDC 수정 주기에 대해 제안된 UDC 수정안을 제공하는 것입니다. 중기 목표는 UDC 수정 프로세스를 모니터링하고 다른 시 프로세스에 대한 프로세스 변경 사항을 식별 및 제안하는 것입니다. 장기적으로 소위원회는 다른 시 프로세스에 대한 업데이트를 위한 권장 사항을 제출할 것입니다.
이 작업은 2019년에 비용 부담 감소, ADU 개발 장벽 제거 및 저렴한 주택과 관련된 기타 정책에 초점을 맞추기 위해 시작되었습니다. 2020년 팬데믹으로 인해 작업이 일시 중지되었지만 2021년에 재개됩니다.
소위원회는 2021년 11월부터 2022년 1월까지 저렴한 주택에 대한 규제 장벽을 제거하기 위해 UDC에 대한 개정안을 제안하는 작업에 집중할 것입니다. NHSD는 시장의 주택 정책 프레임워크에서 권장하는 저렴한 주택의 생산 및 보존에 대한 장벽을 제거하기 위해 이 기술 실무 그룹을 구성했습니다. 이 그룹은 2021년 10월에 주택위원회 의 소위원회가 되었습니다.

Removing Barriers Subcommittee Meeting - January 17, 2023
This work began in 2019 to focus on reducing cost burden, removing barriers to ADU development, and other policies related to affordable housing. The work was paused in 2020 due to the pandemic but is resuming in 2021. The subcommittee will be focusing the work during the months of November 2021-January 2022 on proposing amendments to the UDC to remove regulatory barriers to affordable housing. NHSD established this technical working group on removing barriers to the production and preservation of affordable housing as recommended by the Mayor’s Housing Policy Framework.
