Join the World Heritage Office for a special evening with Chef Adán Medrano and photographer JoMando Cruz. Chef Medrano will briefly discuss his new "Texas Mexican Plant-Based Cookbook" featuring photography by JoMando Cruz. This unique event brings together stories, photography, and cuisine that highlight traditions from Coahuiltecan, Karankawa, Apache, and other Indigenous communities.

 

Guests will have the opportunity to experience an outdoor exhibit showcasing the book's stunning imagery while enjoying samples of the flavorful recipes. Attendees can also purchase a copy of the book and have it signed by Chef Medrano.

Books will be available for purchase while supplies last.
