Vào tháng 5 năm 2021, Ủy ban Nhà ở San Antonio đã bỏ phiếu thành lập các tiểu ban để thực hiện các hành động cụ thể từ Khung chính sách nhà ở (HPF) được Hội đồng chấp thuận vào năm 2018. Vào ngày 21 tháng 12 năm 2021, Kế hoạch thực hiện nhà ở chiến lược (SHIP) đã được thông qua và các tiểu ban đã chuyển hướng nỗ lực của mình để hỗ trợ các sáng kiến của SHIP, bao gồm các chiến lược chưa hoàn thiện của HPF. Thù lao

Mục tiêu
- Hỗ trợ nhân viên tiếp cận cộng đồng thông qua Facebook, NextDoor, email, thư từ, cuộc họp và đi bộ quanh khu phố.
- Tăng số lượng ý kiến công chúng liên quan đến các chủ đề trong chương trình nghị sự của Ủy ban Nhà ở
- Thu hút phương tiện truyền thông in ấn và kỹ thuật số
- Bản dự thảo tuyên bố cho phương tiện truyền thông/bài xã luận để Ủy ban Nhà ở công bố
- Dự thảo đơn xin gia nhập các thành viên không phải là thành viên Ủy ban
- Mời bình luận về một số vấn đề từ các nhóm cụ thể như HOAs khi thích hợp
