The San Antonio Legal Services Association and the Neighborhood & Housing Services Department are hosting free, in-depth workshops designed specifically for small-scale rental providers.

Registration is available by clicking on the events below.

You do not need to register in advanced. Sign-in begins 15 minutes before the session starts. Each workshop will cover the same information.

The presentation will cover:

• Legal responsibilities / best practices for your lease contract,
• Handling maintenance requests,
• Reviewing rental applications,
• How to build strong landlord-tenant relationships.
