What you need to know

J3 Company continues infrastructure work on Culebra Road. Crews are installing CPS Energy gas lines and SAWS waterlines along the south side of the road. Utility work is expected to continue through mid-December 2026.

Traffic Details:

Eastbound lane continues to be closed in sections between Bandera Rd. and Gen. McMullen.
Two-way traffic and access to businesses will be maintained at all times.
Please drive carefully through the area, watch for changing traffic patterns, and expect minor delays
