Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 40 - Lone Oak

The mission of the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ) No. 40 - Lone Oak Board is to promote development or redevelopment of the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ) No. 40 where development or redevelopment would not occur solely through private investment in the reasonably foreseeable future. The board is composed of seven members. Representatives include at-large members and representatives at the state level.
