El Comité de Planificación y Desarrollo Comunitario supervisa las políticas, planes y programas que promueven el crecimiento y el desarrollo ordenado de la ciudad, así como los problemas que sirven para preservar la integridad de los vecindarios de nuestra ciudad, incluidos SA Tomorrow, el Plan estratégico para responder a las personas sin hogar, las políticas de UDC, el Plan Estratégico de Implementación de Vivienda y otros planes de vivienda a largo plazo relacionados con las cinco acciones de política de vivienda descritas en el Marco de Política de Vivienda.
