Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 16 - Brooks City Base

The mission of the Brooks City Base Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone is to promote development or redevelopment of the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ) where development or redevelopment would not occur solely through private investment in the reasonably foreseeable future. The board is composed of five members. Board members are residents of the county in which the zone is located or a county adjacent to that county, or own real property in the zone.
