Esta serie es una iniciativa para apoyar a los propietarios de pequeñas empresas afroamericanas y a los aspirantes a empresarios afroamericanos con oportunidades de información para aumentar la participación de las empresas comerciales afroamericanas (AABE). Esta serie de eventos de cuatro partes también ofrece consejos e información sobre la utilización de contratos. Estos talleres incluyen una colaboración de educación dirigida a la comunidad afroamericana y son presentados por una asociación entre la Ciudad de San Antonio, San Antonio Water System, University Health y CPS Energy.
