Allsup-Flagle Area Drainage
The Allsup-Flagle Area Drainage project involves the design of street reconstruction along Flagle Street, extending from Calle La Gloria to the Dead End, with the objective of removing the Allsup and Flagle intersection from the 100-year floodplain. The planned improvements consist of an underground storm sewer system with curb inlets that will direct stormwater to an enhanced drainage channel discharging into Zarzamora Creek. This is a hazard mitigation action plan project.
