The San Antonio LGBTQ+ Advisory Board invites you to reflect on a year of impact and look ahead to shaping your community priorities for 2026.

Following the Board’s regular December meeting, the Meet & Greet will provide an open and welcoming space for everyone to connect, listen, and grow together. 

Community health fair immediately before and after the event. Organizations include:

• Alamo Area Resource Center
• Apollo Wellness
• Cantera Psychiatry
• Cardinal Hospice
• Planned Parenthood South Texas
• Pride Center San Antonio
• Renew Health Center
• Thrive Youth Center

Public Comment Guidelines 

Sign-Up: A sign-up sheet will be available at the meeting until 6:30 p.m. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. 

Speaking Time: Individuals are given three minutes to speak. Organizations are given nine minutes to speak if three representatives are signed up and present. The Board may reduce speaking time at its discretion.

Parking Information 

Free parking is available on Tuesdays after 5 p.m. at all City- managed parking garages, lots, and on-street meter/pay station spaces. https://sapark.sanantonio.gov/Parking-Locations/Affordable-Parking

There will not be any designated or validated parking.
